I didn’t much care for Victoria Beckham’s AW 2011 collection but my gosh this woman has certainly delivered at this years New York Fashion Week.
Personally I think this dress collection is stunning, sleek and extremely stylish. There is definitely a hint of military inspiration in these designs but thankfully there aren’t buttons from chin to bellybutton on all these like a lot of military styles I’ve seen.
These figure hugging dresses ooze class.

These are just a handful of her AW 12 collection. You can view the rest of them on her website: www.victoriabeckham.com
Enjoy.

Love the style but you would have to have the body for it! No way could I pull any of those off 😦
Mhmm most definitely agree there. There is no way I could pull it off due to my lack of confidence!
I think I like the last two dresses best. The rest are just a weird combination of colours and the panelling just doesn’t make the dresses very flattering, even on the models.
I’m very in love with the blue dress, but no surprised there!
I can see why the panelling would look weird to some, cutting the models in half in odd places haha.
I think the only unflattering part is the stripes across the top of the boobs. The other accentuate the waist and the hourglass shape but the one across the boobs just flattens them?
I love the colour of the blue as well but couldn’t wear the “real” thing, what I like to take from it is that this blue is going to influence the people who design for the stores I can get stuff from, so that makes me happy.
Also that somewhat harsh geometric trend is pretty common, so many fashion designers are doing it atm, I think it will trickle down into more accessable fashions as well.
