Good Afternoon All,

I love inspiration, who doesn’t? I especially like it when we find inspiration from things that aren’t traditionally inspiring to a particular field. Today I set the challenge to my lovely ladies to find an outfit inspired by food.

I’m first up with a scone inspired set. My favourite thing to make in winter are scones, is there seriously anything better than sitting down to freshly baked scones with jam and cream that I figured ‘why not let it inspire a funky, lady like look? Check out my set below!

Today’s post is inspired by my muse and sometimes arch nemesis – Food.

For my inspiration I called on one of my favourite old fashioned lolly (aka candy or sweet); the Rhubarb and Custard boiled lolly.

Look at those colours:

They taste like the pie and custard combination they are named after and when ever I get a chance to pick some up from an old fashioned lolly shop I will, regardless of the price, because I just love them so much.

As such they have inspired me to put together this look, which is a bit more appropriate for summer than winter but I couldn’t resist this colour palette.
