A few of us on the blog roll have been a tiny bit sick of late. Im currently down and out with a cold, so I just wanted to quickly talk about whether we have to sacrifice fashion in order to get better!?
My Answer, you guessed it, NO!
Feeling fashionable and stylish helps me to feel better. As much as I adore my jim jams, sometimes getting up and getting dressed is just what the Dr ordered…
Of course, you have to make sure you’re very warm (which I have, I’m wandering around my office in a freaking beanie and scarf)… Here is a quick set. It may or may not be good, I’m to drugged up to tell you, honestly!

Mascara & Clean hair does it for me……big chunky scarf and GLOVES!!!! My hands are the only part of me that reall feel the cold.

Yep having a shower, brushing your teeth and hair, and making even a small effort to get dressed make all the difference to feeling better! I also hit the Vitamin C really hard – or even better a combo tablet with Vitamins A, C & E, with Echinecea and Zinc. Failing that, 2 Beroccas and a buttload of water! It mighn’t stop you getting sick once it starts, but it should lessen the severity of the cold.
Haha I actually think I have eaten 60+ Vit C tablets in the past 24 hours… LOVE IT! Great tips Loller!
Honey + lemon + ginger + tea = cold cold cold beater, oh and also an inhalation machine. The latter is more effective. Oh and Listerine gargling via the throat too. Can you tell I’ve been a bit too sick infested the past two months? Yep! haha
