I loved this movie when it first came out despite the fact that I am a pretty big fan of Romantic films and this one breaks the mould. After seeing it I wondered if deep down I was a dirty rotten hipster, this film made me think I might not mind being a hipster if it meant I got to be friends with Tom.
The thing that most intrigued me about this film was the way the look fo the film was put together, it was artful and deliberate with hints of whimsy. So in the outfit I’ve put together below I’ve tried to echo that rather than recreate a specific look. The outfits worn by Zooey’s character Summer do have a retro feel and I have tried to capture that as well.

I LOVE this movie and rewatch it all the time.. He’s such a romantic and I love how it plays out. That scarf is super cute! Where can I get me one of them? 🙂
