Just a super quick note to say that I am wearing my new coral flats from Target ($30) and I think I may be in love.

I have combined them with my black skinny leg jeans from Autograph ($69.95), a black slouchy oversize tee from Kmart ($19) and an amazing colour block scarf from Suzanne Grae ($24.95) with sparkles and a bunch of amazing colours.

I was so excited by this look I took a photo but completely forgot that I cannot upload pictures from a camera to the computers at work, next time I promise!

I am still on a post Florence and the Machine high and feel like skipping everywhere, this is the perfect outift for skipping!

Firstly we would like to send our apologies for the lack of posts over the weekend. There was a bit of a communication gap when one of our computers decided to completely freak out! So we should be back to normal this week/weekend ~ Amy, Bec & Caitlyn.

Hi guys,

I am looking to add some more colour to my wardrobe but all I can find at the shops are florals and prints. I like bold colours but I don’t like dots or cutesy things.

I’m happiest in my black skinny jeans or shorts and tights with a t-shirt and maybe some accessories. I love owls, Smosh (Youtube) and everything Harry Potter or Disney but I struggle to find things that show my personality that are not too girly. I want try some new types of shoe (at the moment I live in sneakers and school shoes) but I don’t really like wearing heels.

Continuing on from yesterday’s post on skin tones and how to choose colours to compliment you! Skin Tones are also categorised using the seasons. Spring, Autumn, Winter & Summer.

To sum it up quickly here is a quote from eHow.

“Winter”: complexions have blue or pink undertones. Skin can be pale white, yellowish-olive, or dark. Winter people are generally brunettes, with deeply colored eyes. Many Asians and African Americans fall into this category.

“Summer”: complexions, like winter complexions, have blue or pink undertones. Skin is pale and pink. Summers are often natural blondes or brunettes with pale eyes.

“Autumn”: Autumn complexions have golden undertones. Many redheads and brunettes with golden brown eyes fall into this category.

“Spring”: Spring complexions have golden undertones and are usually creamy white or peach. Spring people generally have straw-colored or strawberry red hair, freckles, rosy cheeks, and blue or green eyes.

I’m going to be discussing medium skin tones which I’m going to take that on board as an Autumn classification.

Being an Autumn means you will have the warmer skin tones like gold, peach or golden beige.
