Good afternoon lovely ladies and gents!
I apologise for my tardy updating behaviour today, I was supposed to have a handyman come and repair bits and bobs in my house and the guy never showed and thus I had no access to my work computer. First world problem, am I right? Anyway, it has been so long since I have seen ‘500 Days of Summer’ but I remember it being a spectacular film questioning modern romance. The best part? It stars two of my favourite actors on the planet, Zooey Deschanel and Joseph Goron-Levitt (Can anyone say YUM!?)
Given my love for ‘dressing like a man’ I have decided to translate Toms style into a more feminine likeness. I adore his casual ‘suit’ option. He always looked professional while still exuding a young confidence.
So, what do you fashionistas think? Would you try this cool casual but professional style or will you leave it to Joseph Gordon Levitt?

Today’s challenge is to create a look inspired by a film, but I’ve gone towards recreating two looks from 500 Days of Summer because I already love the way the outfits are.
I just had to pick the ever lovely Zooey Deschanel, and in particular her role in 500 Days of Summer.
The hints of vintage styling throughout the movie screams femininity and oozes sweetness.
I just love everything about these outfits. Incredibly adorable which evokes a quiet sense of sexiness.
Perfect and definitely something I would wear.
